Our founder, Nautica Lowe specializes in healing eczema, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, chronic pain, arthritis, and more. Her approach focuses mainly on nutrition, stress relief, mindfulness and incorporating overall lifestyle changes. 

With your consultation, we will analyze your environment, food, and mental health.
